The Cub Cadet line of power washers<\/a> starts with model CC3000<\/a>. This is powered by a\u00a0Honda GCB160 engine and features nice big wheels that make it easy\u00a0to maneuver. It comes standard with a 25-foot hose\u00a0and four different nozzles for different pressure washer patterns. This is a very economical pressure washer. If you have some basic pressure\u00a0washing to do this gives you enough power at 3000\u00a0psi and 2.4 gallons per minute. This has a built-in\u00a0soap tank so if you have detergents\u00a0to use, fill it right in.<\/p>\n

As you move up in the Cub Cadet line<\/a> the next model is the\u00a0CC3400<\/a>. This features pneumatic wheels,\u00a0a little heavier duty pump, and still uses\u00a0the same 25-foot hose as the CC3000<\/a>. This comes with\u00a0five different nozzles instead of four and has the rotary brush which is optional\u00a0on other washers. This is a spinning brush\u00a0so if you’re cleaning a driveway, it\u00a0does an excellent job cleaning without\u00a0leaving those spray lines from having a straight\u00a0pattern.<\/p>\n

As we move up the line, we get\u00a0into a commercial grade pressure washer. We still do sell a lot of these\u00a0to homeowners that want a great pressure washer. The CC3700 <\/a>is powered by the Honda GX series which is the Honda’s commercial grade\u00a0engine. The pump goes into a full\u00a0brass head, both the pump head and the regulator\u00a0for extra durability.<\/p>\n

The CC3700 <\/a>is equipped with a commercial\u00a0grade spray wand and the longer\u00a0flex hose which is a braided hose so it’s a heavier duty hose for commercial\u00a0applications. This goes to a 50 foot, this is 2 \u00bd gallons per minute at 3700 psi.<\/p>\n

As\u00a0you move up the line it may not seem like a lot\u00a0of pressure difference but to go up another 300 psi\u00a0is 10% more cleaning power so that’ll still get the job done. The CC3700 <\/a>will just\u00a0get it done a little bit quicker and the way these\u00a0pumps work, they’ll all come with a little\u00a0hose which you just attach to the little nipple\u00a0on the brass valve.<\/p>\n

There are\u00a0all different types of detergents, degreasers,\u00a0vinyl siding wash, house wash, etc. so this allows you to easily dump the liquid cleaners into\u00a0your dispenser for your cleaning system instead of dumping them\u00a0into a separate tank.\u00a0All the nozzles are quick release\u00a0so if you have different cleaning tasks\u00a0you just pop the different nozzles\u00a0in.<\/p>\n

The Cub Cadet CC4000 <\/a>is the other\u00a0commercial washer. This is a 4400 psi\u00a0but more importantly it jumps up to 4 gallons\u00a0per minute.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s always the question of what’s\u00a0more important \u2013 gallons per minute or pressure?<\/p>\n

Both. You must have the pressure to get\u00a0the cleaning but if you don’t have\u00a0enough water, you’re going to be out there\u00a0forever to do the job. You can’t have a lot\u00a0of gallons without pressure and the gallons move up as your pressure moves\u00a0up so the CC4000 <\/a>delivers extremely fast cleaning. If you’ve got some heavy work this is really for our commercial users so you got a lot of\u00a0gallons and a lot of water and then they also go\u00a0into larger diameter hose, so you don’t lose that\u00a0pressure volume as it goes through the hose.<\/p>\n

You still get the same five cleaning nozzles, just a larger, heavier duty system.<\/p>\n
