If you find a lower price from another authorized dealer on the same in-stock equipment or part, we’ll review it and honor a price match whenever it meets our guidelines. IN STORE PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

We will match Weingartz.com base price, for identical items purchased in a Weingartz store. The customer must inform the associate of the price. The item must be currently in-stock on Weingartz.com at the time the price match is requested. We reserve the right to verify the price and the availability of the item. If the register prompts for supervisor approval, the supervisor must verify the price and availability of the identical item by logging onto the Weingartz.com website through a store terminal before the price will be matched. We reserve the right to limit quantities to one-per-customer, per item, per day.

Price Match Eligibility - We may match a competitor’s price when the following conditions are met:

Comparable Product - The item must be:

• The exact same make and model
• New, unused, and identical in specifications
• In stock and available at the advertised price

Authorized Dealers Only - We match pricing from:

• Local authorized outdoor power equipment dealers
• Reputable online authorized retailers

We do not match prices from:

• Auction sites Marketplace sellers (eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Amazon Marketplace, Craigslist, etc.)
• Unauthorized resellers Liquidators or clearance outlets

Verification Required - Customers must provide:

• A current advertisement or active webpage showing the price
• Contact information for the dealer if price verification is needed

WHEN WE DO NOT MATCH PRICES

We do not match prices from competing marketplace retailers, third-party sellers, auction sites, or sites requiring membership, bundle offers, instant rebates, mail-in offers, offers that include financing, advertisements that require a purchase to receive a gift card, percentage off, or buy one get one free advertisements without a specified price, prices from other neighborhood stores, competitor advertised price. The manager on duty has the final decision on any Price Match. Weingartz reserves the right to modify the terms of the Price Match Policy at any time.

Exclusions - We do not match prices for:

• Discontinued, refurbished, or open-box items
• Pricing errors or misprints Flash sales, limited quantities, or special buyouts
• Competitor quotes that include rebates or bundled, non-comparable offers

• Any Weingartz store in Metro Detroit, Southeast Michigan, or West Michigan

• Email or phone support
• Online product pages (submit competitor pricing information)
